By taking an inexpensive subscription to House Of Distinction you will have your house immediately exposed to millions and viewers and thousands of potential buyers.  Whether your house is an antique gem or a newly built showplace, we will list it for you.
There are no further costs than the subscription price packages.

To list your home a basic three month subscription is 40 dollars.  The listing is composed of one page with up to five photographs of your home.  We can have your home showcased on House Of Distinction with 72 hours of receiving your payment, home photos and description of your home.

For an additional 20 dollars you can add a second page to your basic three month subscription which can include up to 10 additional photos.

Subscription Plan A   40 dollars for 3 months includes information on your home and up to 5 photos.
Subscription Plan B   60 for 3 months includes Plan A features and an additional page of up to 10 additional photos of your home

We would be very happy to create a video of your home, link it to your House of Distinction listing and send you a copy of your video for a very affordable price.

An option is to  list your house as a ‘Featured Home’  your home will be shown on the House of Distinction main page   Your home will shared featured status with 4 or less homes on any given week.  To Feature your home is 50 dollars for one week.  So the total cost to feature would be the cost of Plan  B   and  the ‘Featured’ fee – 110.00 US

In an effort to get your home showcased as quickly as possible we will in all probability begin work on your listing prior to receiving your payment.  By agreeing to the subscription and sending your homes photos to us, you have agreed to using our services, and agreed to pay us the subscription fee.  Please pay promptly within 10 business days of your subscription agreement. 

What we need to list your home:

1. City and State of your home
2. The year your home was built
3. Architectural Style of your home
4. Condition of home
5. Type of property – Residence, Farm, Manor, etc.
6. Your selling price
7. Number of Bedrooms
8. Contact with name, phone number, email and address
9. Is your home handicapped accessible – yes or no and how much is accessible
10. Description of your home.  Be as verbose and descriptive as you can be.  Include anything unique to your home, its history, the surrounding area or location of the home.  Anything that might be of interest to a potential buyer.

Submitting Photos of Your Home
You can submit your photos in one of three ways:

1. As an email attachment
2. Upload to our server
3. Via the US mail

Should you end email or upload please submit the photos in either .jpg or .gif format.
